All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. At this time we only complete transactions and ship within the continental United States and Hawaii. SHIPMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. TAXES The Christian Compass is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. DAMAGES The Christian Compass is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
